Cookies and local storage are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies (session storage, IndexedDB) for the same purposes described below.

Strictly necessary	Auth session (Supabase `sb-*-auth-token`), CSRF, load balancing.	Session / 7 days
Preferences	Saved filters, recently viewed properties, watchlist cache, EMI calculator inputs.	1 year
Analytics	Page and traffic measurement via Google Analytics 4 (`_ga`, `_ga_*`). Set on your first visit. We do not use them for advertising and run no ad-tech pixels.	Up to 2 years
Marketing	Not used. Jameendar does not run third-party ad-tech pixels.	—

03Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a setting that blocks analytics cookies specifically. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out and disable Bhoomi Vault, alerts and inspector bookings. Preference and analytics cookies can be blocked without breaking core features.
