Telangana's Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TS RERA) registers real-estate projects and agents under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Here is exactly how Jameendar uses that register — and where its limits are.
In short
Builder projects show the registration number they are filed under with TS RERA, where one is on record.
Project pages show up to three documents fetched from the RERA portal for that number.
Where we have it, the certificate's valid-from and valid-to dates are shown on the project.
On owner and agent listings, RERA is one of the parameters a reviewer checks — it weighs most for flats.
RERA data is sourced from Telangana government portals and may lag or contain errors. Where it differs from TS RERA, the official version always prevails.
New and under-construction projects are reviewed before listing, but not title-verified the way a resale property is — often there is no completed title yet.
RERA readouts and Trust Scores are indicative signals. Consult a licensed advocate before any purchase decision.
